Leveraging the AVITI24 platform’s core imaging and sequencing capabilities, our Teton panels provide multiomic profiling with unmatched scale and speed. Each of our pre-designed, fixed panels contains validated, biologically relevant RNA targets (350-plex), protein markers (50-plex), and cell morphology features (6-plex).
To apply, simply tell us (in 250 words or less) how you’ll accelerate your research with in situ multiomics and a grant of Teton™ CytoProfiling services. Five proposals will be chosen and each winner will receive:
- Cytoprofiling services using one of our 12-well Teton flow cells with any of our fixed panels. Fixed panels include:

- MAPK Apoptosis
- Immuno-Oncology
- Neuroscience
