Direct in sample sequencing (DiSS)

  • Unlock targeted and untargeted RNA sequencing at subcellular spatial resolution
  • Up to 100 cycles of sequencing with low phasing or pre-phasing errors
  • High on-target coverage for targeted sequencing applications
  • Enables unbiased 3’ sequencing, in situ CRISPR guide sequencing, expressed mutation detection, and more!
