In situ sequencing (ISS) represents a breakthrough in our ability to understand complex biological systems with spatial resolution. ISS enables the direct analysis of nucleic acids in their native environment without the need for extraction and amplification. In this poster, we present an optimized ISS workflow leveraging our innovative ABC chemistry and the AVITI24™ platform.
Download the poster to learn about our novel direct in sample sequencing chemistry (DiSS), including its use in:
- Untargeted whole transcriptome coverage with DiSS and its use for deep cellular characterization and precise cell type identification
- Customized, targeted DiSS for hypothesis driven single-cell research
- TCR sequencing and optical pooled screening applications
