Danae Van Oene

Danae has more than 15 years of commercial leadership experience in the life science industry, where she has played an instrumental role in enabling customer success and driving global growth.

Most recently, Danae was the Vice President and General Manager of the Americas region at 10x Genomics, leading the sales, regional marketing, and support organizations to accelerate growth in both the single cell and spatial markets. Throughout her more than six years at 10x, Danae also held roles globally and was integral in building the commercial organization during her tenure.

Before 10x, Danae held director-level roles at Illumina leading a team responsible for supporting their worldwide distributors in APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. She also served in sales leadership roles at Beckman Coulter and VWR.

Danae holds a B.A in Human Development from the University of California, San Diego.
